Kylah Anderson
Licensed Agent
Magic Valley Insurance welcomed Kylah to the team in 2020 as an assistant. Since then, she has become a licensed agent specializing in Individual and Medicare plans. Her friendly personality and inviting smile envelope all who meet her.
Away from her desk, Kylah can be found spending time with her family camping, fishing and spending time in the great outdoors.

Cody Schiermeister
Licensed Agent
Magic Valley Insurance welcomed Cody to the team in the Spring of 2025. He is licensed in both Health Insurance and Medicare. Cody is looking forward to educating and helping families and individuals achieve their health insurance needs.
Originally from Vancouver, WA Cody is all about camping, backpacking, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, etc. However, is biggest joy is spending time with his wife and young family.

David Wilcox
Broker/Founder
David was born in Twin Falls and raised in Jerome, Idaho. He graduated from both Jerome High School , and the College of Southern Idaho. At age 22, he got his start in the insurance business on April 1, 1996. He followed in the footsteps of his father, two uncles, and both grandfathers.
For over 25-years, David has been an active member of the National Association of Benefits & insurance Professionals (NABIP). He has served as the Idaho State President as well as the Southern Idaho chapter president. He was recognized twice as the Health Insurance producer of the year. He is a 20-year member of the Leading Producer’s Round Table, attaining Soaring Eagle every year since 2012, the highest level or recognition.
David and Sharla Wilcox have 6-children, 4- grandchildren and have been married for over 30-years.

Ryan Heider
Broker/Partner
Ryan has been with Magic Valley Insurance since 2010, but started in the insurance industry in 2007. Ryan and his wife Christi have 9 children, so it’s always a party at the Heider’s house. Ryan enjoys playing Pickleball, golfing, taking in movies at the theater, traveling, and spending time with family.

Colby Fiala
Broker/Partner
Colby served as an active broker from 2002-2026. Inspired by her late grandfather, Gene Schiffler, Colby’s career as a broker began in 2022. She later joined Magic Valley Insurance in 2013 where she inspired all to love and be loved.
After a 6 year courageous battler with terminal cancer Colby entered the arms of her Savior on July 8th, 2026. Her greatest legacy is the love she shared so freely. She leaves behind a family who adored her, friends who became family, and a community forever changed by her generosity, compassion, and unwavering belief that every person deserved kindness.
While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, we find comfort in knowing that Colby is whole again, free from pain, and rejoicing in the presence of her Lord. Her life reminds us to love deeply, welcome everyone with open arms, serve others faithfully, and trust God through every season.
She will be profoundly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of all who had the blessing of knowing her.
Jeremy Watson

Jeremy’s insurance career began in 2014 in Austin, TX focusing on Annuities and Life insurance. He moved back to Twin Falls and joined Magic Valley Insurance in 2016. Jeremy and his wife Nicole have 2 children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Anna Parrish
Licensed Agent
Anna joined the Magic Valley Insurance team in 2014 as the personal assistant to David Wilcox. In 2022 she took a step forward and became licensed as a Health and Life Insurance agent to better assist David and advance in the health insurance profession.
Anna has lived in Idaho for most of her life and loves spending time outdoors and serving in her church and community. She and her husband Bret are the parents of seven children and one Labrador puppy.

KayDee Ankrum
Licensed Agent
KayDee’s journey at Magic Valley Insurance began in the Fall of 2018 as a personal assistant to Colby and Ryan. She has since become an agent and is now growing her own book of business while still working alongside her colleagues.
Golfing, traveling, spending time with her family and her fur baby bring KayDee joy.

Michelle Allen
Assistant
Michelle joined the Magic Valley Insurance family in the Spring of 2023 working for David as his personal assistant.
Motivated and willing to learn, she has grown leaps and bounds in her field. Michelle is a ray of sunshine around everyone and is willing to take on any project, big or small.
When away from her Magic Valley Insurance family she is off exploring the world by plane, train, or automobile with her best friend and husband, Sterling and their two children, Brooklyn and Jacob.
Tia Stephenson
Assistant
Tia joined Magic Valley Insurance in February 2024 as Jeremy’s personal assistant. She enjoys her job and the people she is surrounded by.
In Tia’s spare time she is busy running her 5 children to and from practices while enjoying the benefits of watching them in all their various activities. She loves boating and spending time in the sun with her husband Chris and their children. Game nights with friends are always a good idea too!
Michelle Boring
Receptionist
“Boring” does not come close when describing Michelle. She started with Magic Valley Insurance in April 2023 and has been a powerful addition to the company. Michelle exhibits genuine kindness to all and shines bright in all her responsibilities.
Michelle is an Idaho native and enjoys the outdoors and anything horses. She is happily married to her husband Matthew and together they have raised 2 beautiful girls who are almost all grown up.
